The Curriculum and Instruction Department serves all students and staff, working to provide instructional materials for students and professional development for staff in order to support all learners. The department also develops and monitors state and federal programs such as English Learners, GATE, Independent Study, and Title I.  These programs were created by legislatures in order to serve the special needs of subgroups, and the department works carefully with advisory councils to implement action plans based on needs analyses.  Stanislaus Union School District is committed to the highest level of learning for all students.
