INTERDISTRICT TRANSFER | TRANSFERENCIA INTERDISTRITAL
A letter of determination will be mailed home once reviewed. Please note that, per SUSD Board Policy AR 5117, we have fourteen (14) calendar days to issue a response to your Interdistrict Transfer request.
Una vez revisada, se enviará por correo a casa una carta de determinación.Tenga en cuenta que, de acuerdo con la política de la Junta Directiva AR 5117 del SUSD, tenemos catorce (14) días calendarios después para emitir una respuesta a su solicitud de Transferencia entre distritos.

- Proof of address - Must be dated w/in 60 days:
- We DO accept: utility bill, internet bill, cable bill, rental/lease agreement (must show signature page), homeowners/renters insurance, mortgage statement, or final escrow contract (showing purchase of home)
- We DO NOT accept: cellular phone bill, credit card statement, car registration, medical bill, DMV bill, Social Security/Medi-Cal mail, bank statements, or envelopes with address.
- If the bills are not in your name, please email us here and we can email you a shared residence affidavit form
