How to Reset Your Password on the Aeries Parent Portal
- Go to the Aeries Parent Portal.
- Click on the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form.
- Enter the email address associated with your Aeries account, then click "Next".
- Check your email inbox for a password reset email from Aeries. It may take a few minutes to arrive.
- Open the email and click on the password reset link provided.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to enter a new password and confirm it.
- Once the password is reset, return to the Aeries Parent Portal and log in using your new password.

How to Start Data Confirmation for a Specific Student
- Log in to the Aeries Parent Portal using your credentials.
- Select the student for whom you need to complete data confirmation.
- Navigate to the "Student Info" section in the sidebar menu.
- Click on "Data Confirmation" under the Student Info menu.
- Complete the seven steps outlined in the data confirmation process.
Ensure all seven steps are completed for each student. Repeat the process if you have multiple students.
Steps for Completing Data Confirmation
- Family Information: Update your family’s address, phone numbers, and any additional household details.
- Income: Provide or confirm your household’s income information for district funding and programs.
- Student Information: Review and update your child’s personal details.
- Contacts: Update emergency contact information.
- Medical History: Review your child’s health information, including allergies, medications, and health needs.
- Documents: Review and acknowledge any required school documents.
- Final Confirmation: After reviewing all sections, click "Submit" to complete the data confirmation.
