Complete y devuelva la documentación con su hijo en el primer día de escuela:
- Página de firma de Padre/Tutor
- Aviso a los padres/tutores (Solamente la porción de reconocimiento y consentimiento/objeción debe ser devuelta)
- Inventario de la Salud del Estudiante
- Tarjeta de emergencia del estudiante (obtener del sitio de la escuela)
- Politica de Uso Aceptable Para Los Estudiantes
- Comida Servicio Paquete (obtener del sitio de la escuela)
- Opcional Bus y Aplicación ( obtener del sitio de la escuela)
- Informativos: Opciones de cobertura de salud asequible
